This loss was very devastating.  The main reason it was so bad was the fact, the loss originated on the second floor and the tenants were gone all day when the loss occurred shortly after they left for work.  The amount of time water has to move through a structure always makes the restoration process much more difficult.  However, sometimes it is the way it happens.
